Location: 1880, Eastwood, Quezon City

Your Role:

As a Technical Support Engineer II , you will be responsible for:

  • Learning and gaining in depth experience in Micro-segmentation, zero trust network security.
  • Working as a trusted support partner to resolve customer questions and issues.
  • Owning the problem resolution and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Leading investigations on GC Micro segmentation and Zero Trust product for customers.
  • Analyzing existing technical issues on GC Micro segmentation, Zero Trust product, proposing solutions to prevent issues.


What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Proven experience, hands-on with the networking devices (basic), security devices, and a good grasp of the Linux Operating system
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of knowledge/prior experience in the Linux
  • Operating System is required.
  • Global support experience working with internal and external
  • stakeholders is a requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of any Scripting Languages like Bash, PowerShell, and Python would be nice to have.
  • Prior experience in supporting large customers globally and working with vendors.
