Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Technical Staff located in Bacnotan. The Technical Staff will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, assisting with analytical tasks, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks may include diagnosing technical problems, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and ensuring high-quality technical support and solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing and solving problems
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Relevant technical certifications or training is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Experience in the architectural or construction industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
