Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Manager, located in WeWork, Tower 3, Uptown Mall, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig with some work from home opportunities. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, optimizing and evaluating social media performance. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing content plans, monitoring social media trends, reel-creation, engaging with the online community, and analyzing social media metrics to improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
• Excellent Communication and copywriting skills
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing
• Experience in analytics and performance measurement tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in a creative agency or digital marketing environment is a plus
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
• Video-editing and graphics skills is a plus
