Job Title: Service Representative / Service Worker

Job Summary:

The Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves a variety of tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, processing requests, and delivering services in a timely and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, and requests.

- Respond to phone calls, emails, or live chats and resolve customer issues or direct them to the appropriate department.

- Process transactions, orders, or service requests quickly and accurately.

- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the service area or workspace.

- Assist in setting up, organizing, and maintaining service equipment or products.

- Provide information about products, services, or policies to customers.

- Handle complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, offering solutions when possible.

Syarat-syarat

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar service-based role is preferred but not always required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or customer-facing environment can be a plus.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent is usually required.
  • Some roles may require additional training or certifications depending on the industry (e.g., food handling certification, hospitality training).
