We’re hiring a strategic HubSpot expert to fully own and optimize a HubSpot ecosystem—driving pipeline growth, attribution accuracy, and GTM alignment across sales and marketing. This is a leadership role, reporting to the Head of Marketing, with full ownership of HubSpot strategy, automation, and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and scale HubSpot CRM, Marketing & Sales Hubs
• Architect workflows for lead nurturing, sales handoffs, and reporting
• Ensure clean data, seamless integrations (e.g., Webflow, ZoomInfo), and actionable dashboards
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams to streamline funnel performance
• Lead lifecycle, attribution, and campaign ROI tracking

Qualifications:

• 4+ years owning HubSpot in a B2B SaaS setup
• Deep knowledge in CRM automation, reporting, and integrations
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset
• Bonus: Familiarity with Webflow, GA, BI tools

Certifications (preferred):

HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Ops, and Reporting Certifications
