- Achieve or exceed sales targets for general merchandise in stores, online, wholesale, or institutional accounts.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Promote and explain the value and benefits of products to customers.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors to improve sales strategies.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure products are always available and well-stocked.
- Present and demonstrate products to clients or retailers to boost interest and sales.
- Help customers with placing orders, processing sales, and tracking deliveries.
- Respond to customer questions, resolve complaints, and offer after-sales support.
- Keep accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and product performance.
- Work with other departments like marketing and logistics to support sales efforts.
- Help plan and implement promotions, discounts, and campaigns to increase sales.
- Follow company safety rules, policies, and ethical standards.
- Keep company information private and secure.
- Do other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Salary Range: Php20,000.00 per month
Work Schedule: 8 hours shift (Day Shift)
Work Location: Pasig City

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least two (2) years’ work experience as Salesman or similar role
- Fresh graduates can be considered for the role

- Strong selling skills with the ability to close deals, persuade customers, and meet sales targets.
- A thorough understanding of the general merchandise products being sold, including their features, uses, and benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long- term customer relationships.
- Clear, concise communication skills, both verbal and written, for dealing with customers and team members.
- Ability to negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively.
- Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to handle multiple sales opportunities and responsibilities.
- Capable of addressing customer concerns and finding solutions to improve the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in the general merchandise market to anticipate customer needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office operations (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
