Represents the company to any potential client and close sales for assigned type of products of the company.
Responsible for regular coverage to all potential clients in the respective area of responsibility and ensure that the company is properly represented in all sectors of the market.
Conducts credit investigation and evaluation to potential client for opening and ensure that information written in the credit information sheet (CIS) are true and confirmed.
Clear up status of critical accounts and ensure that the necessary actions are taken so that these accounts are removed in the critical lists furnished by Credit and Collection department on a monthly basis.
Conducts sales presentation, product demonstrations using samples, testimonials. Brochures and price lists and recommend product promotions that would fit in the area of responsibility and product assignment.
Provides before-and-after sales services to clients through technical assistance on product requirements design and material estimates with the end objective of closing the sales.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Preferably with 1 or more year(s) exposure in selling of construction materials and trading products.
