Job Summary:

The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales performance within the assigned territory. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, effective execution of trade and marketing programs, and strong customer relationships across modern trade, general trade, and key accounts channels. The DSM will lead, coach, and supervise a team of sales representatives and distributors to drive business growth and market share for the company's home care products.


  • Lead and manage sales operations within the assigned district, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, volume objectives, and distribution goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, route plans, and customer development initiatives in coordination with the National/Regional Sales Manager.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Supervisors, Salesmen, and Merchandisers, ensuring performance standards, discipline, and sales competencies are met.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and customer feedback within the territory, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, below-the-line (BTL) activities, and merchandising programs in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Manage and oversee distributor operations, including inventory management, order processing, collections, and customer servicing.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key trade partners, modern trade operators, and general trade accounts.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, trade standards, pricing guidelines, and operational processes.


職位要求


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in the home care or personal care category.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience handling a sales team and distributors.
  • Strong understanding of trade dynamics in both modern trade and general trade channels.
  • Proven leadership skills with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and people management abilities.
  • Analytical and results-oriented with solid business acumen.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and sales reporting systems.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.


Preferred Competencies:

  • Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills
  • High adaptability and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of accountability
  • Experience managing BTL activities, sampling programs, and grassroots community marketing (e.g., barangayan) is a plus
