About the Job

Our esteemed client, a training solutions provider in the education and compliance sector, is looking for a Sales Development Representative.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for facilitating seamless communication between the sales team, clients, and internal departments. By enhancing the efficiency of sales operations, this position directly contributes to driving revenue growth while ensuring a smooth and exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

1. Inbox Management: Respond to email inquiries, send follow-ups, and forward communications to the appropriate departments.

2. Bookings & Enrollments: Process and confirm bookings, manage student documentation, and conduct attendance confirmation through calls, SMS, and emails.

3. Course Scheduling: Enter course details into the system, handle client scheduling inquiries, and coordinate pre-audit checks.

4. Student Access: Enroll students in the learning management system (LMS), provide access support, and manage user archiving.

5. Other Tasks: Support inbound call handling, generate invoices, and maintain the sales database.


Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or courses.

2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven combined experience in sales, customer service, and administrative roles within the BPO industry.

3. Technical Skills: Proficient with tools such as Aircall, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Salesforce, Cloud Assess, and MS 365.

4. Soft Skills: Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.

5. Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
