Account Management
Managing existing accounts, obtains renewal contracts, and develop new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
Provide essential support to distribution partners to help them achieve their territorial business objectives.
Business-to-Business (B2B) Engagement
Conduct business reviews with partners to discuss current performance, identify areasfor improvement, and align on strategic territorial goals.
Provide regular check-ins, assistance, and proactive communication with partners.
Offer tailored product training and onboarding programs to ensure effective utilization of the products.
Share valuable industry insights, best practices, and trends for continuous improvement
Organize an interactive session or workshop to provide partners with opportunities to network, learn, and share best practices
Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess partner satisfaction and monitor the assigned metrics.
Professionalism and Market Intelligence
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, developmental trainings, and establishing personal networks
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, techniques, etc.
Keep management informed by encoding all activities, such as daily call reports, weekly or monthly work plans on the existing Customer Relation Management system.
Promotional Strategy
Actively promote featured products and services to various organizations and potential distributors in the international market.
Maintain creativity in delivering promotional materials and in approaching leads that will entice target audience.
Maintain effective collaboration with internal departments to enhance existing assigned products better.

Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Communication (2nd option: Psychology related, HRD, Tourism)
Preferably with at least 1-2 years work experience in solutions-based service industry (B2B sales experience is an advantage)
Master’s degree in Business is an advantage but not necessarily a requirement
Must be willing to work on a hybrid set-up and be available for meetings across various time zones
Must work well with a team
Must be adaptive to changing work environment/tasks
Must demonstrate a strong passion for sales
