Job Summary:
- The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales and marketing strategies of Acreditar Lending Corp., ensuring alignment with the company's goals. This position involves overseeing the development and execution of initiatives to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand presence, and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisition strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Marketing Strategy and Brand Development:
- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop marketing materials and content that align with the company’s branding and messaging.
- Manage the company’s online and offline presence, including digital marketing, social media, and public relations.

Team Leadership and Development:
