• Responsible for assisting customers throughout the reservation process.
• Assist a Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) to agents and brokers.
• Coordinate with the sellers to achieve the company’s objectives.
• Entertain walk-ins, mobile, and online inquiries.
• Posting updated inventory to brokers and sellers.
• Creating and designing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements, to showcase properties and increase visibility.
• Preparing contracts and other legal documents required for the sale or purchase of a property.
• Assisting with the coordination of open houses and other property showings to provide a positive experience for potential buyers.
• Publishing necessary advertisement posts on social media platforms.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
• Graduate of any 4 year course,
• Knowledgeable in real estate industry, with atleast 1 year experience in real estate and reservation process.
