GA HR Consultancy Inc., the accredited executive search and talent acquisition partner of a leading insurance company, is actively seeking a Sales Account Executive for an exciting onsite opportunity in Makati City.
In this client-facing role, you’ll be at the forefront of promoting life insurance products while helping clients secure their financial future.
You'll also play a key part in expanding our client’s market presence through strategic sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Insurance Sales & Market Expansion: Sell both individual and group life insurance policies to meet and exceed targets.
Client Relationship Building: Foster long-term partnerships through needs-based selling and ongoing service.
Lead Development & Recruitment: Generate leads and support the recruitment of new individual policyholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Travel for Growth: Be open to traveling across the Philippines to identify new sales opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Ideal Candidate:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales or similar client relationship roles.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, sales negotiation, and presentation skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Bonus: Completion of LOMA courses is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Makati City and travel regionally when required.
