- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Provide safety training and education to employees.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Promote a culture of safety within the organization.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience in safety management and project oversight.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project leadership, operations management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct safety training, and develop safety policies.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with frequent site visits to assess safety measures.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for occupational health.
