Our client a leading foreign bank in SME banking needs an RM with exposure to SME and also retail banking as a RELATIONSHIP MANAGER at their Johor and Penang branches.
Soliciting of business loaned to enhance the Bank's loan assets with optimal returns to the Bank.
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to promote active utilisation rates and ensure optimal return for the Bank.
Ensure credit portfolio of the department is of good and sound credit quality to minimise Non- Performing Loans.
Cross sells the Bank's various products & services to existing and potential customers including but not limited to deposit products / credit facilities.
Implement the delivery of sales strategies and targets.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers.
Prepare marketing call report, pipeline report and any others that within the targeted timelines.
Assist to manage appropriate continuing professional development (CPD) for the Relationship Managers of the branch, if any.
Process data to produce accurate facts, figures and credit application (CA) with no major errors are to be noted in the CA.
