Responsible for the sales of dental instruments and equipment in the assigned region
Maintain relationships with existing clients and actively develop new clients (clinics, hospitals, distributors) to establish long-term cooperation
Analyze customer needs, provide professional product solutions, and follow through with business negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection
Support distributors in promoting and selling dental products
Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, academic conferences, and product training events to enhance brand visibility
Conduct market and competitor research and provide suggestions to optimize sales strategies
Develop personal sales plans, meet performance targets, and submit regular sales reports with updates on client engagement and market trends

Associate degree or higher; majors in Marketing, Medical Devices, Dentistry, or Biomedical Engineering preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling dental instruments or equipment preferred
Strong business negotiation skills and client relationship management abilities

Language Requirement: Fluent in English
