  • Assist in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job postings to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Create and post job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: A degree is not required; however, relevant coursework or certifications in human resources is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting processes, exceptional communication skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with some remote work flexibility during recruitment campaigns.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
