Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to identify and attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

Requirements

Job Title: Talent Acquisition
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, candidate screening abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers.
