簡介
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet hiring goals across departments.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tools, and processes.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for critical and managerial roles.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing methods.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs.
- Manage relationships with external partners (e.g., headhunters, job portals).
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
- 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Relevant experience in the FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience in high-volume and field-based hiring is a plus.
- Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
- Fluent in English and Filipino.
