Coordination: Managing the interview process by scheduling interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment pipeline.
Building Relationships: Cultivating relationships with potential candidates, maintaining a talent pool, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Metrics and Reporting: Tracking recruitment metrics, analyzing data, and preparing reports to evaluate recruitment strategies' effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Experience in Recruitment: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
Recruitment Techniques: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and recruitment pipelines efficiently.
Analytical Aptitude: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
