Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in communication, social media recruiting, and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bossjob Recruitment, Indeed Recruitment, and Jobstreet Recruiter.
Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to change.
