Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Real Estate Agents willing to become Real Estate Salespersons at CHLP Realty. The role involves assisting clients in buying and selling properties, providing excellent customer service, and managing real estate transactions. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Marikina City.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License and Real Estate Sales skills
• Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of Real Property
• Strong Sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field (at least 2 years)
