Description

  • Manage project costs from inception to completion.
  • Prepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets; perform risk assessments; and manage contracts.
  • Prepare and analyze tender documents.
  • Conduct cost estimation and forecasting.
  • Prepare valuations and payment applications.
  • Monitor project progress and costs.
  • Provide advice on contracts and procurement.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cost management software, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with site visits required; may involve working under tight deadlines.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, and strong teamwork abilities.
