• Conducts daily inspection of personnel hygiene, pre/post GMP checklist, production equipment testing, chlorine testing and other production related checklist

• Sampling and testing of incoming raw materials, in-process materials and finished products

• Assist in strict implementation of company GMP

• Rotational QC assignment different production department

• Check and verify compliance to approved product specification.

• Files COA, Monitoring Reports and other files

• Reports any non-conformities or deficiencies to immediate superior for approval of disposition

• Store, Monitor and dispose retain samples

• Strict checking of production line clearance, in line monitoring and post production

• Ensures all details on QC forms are accomplished according to set frequency and standards.

• Participate in Research and Development of new products

• Make recommendations or suggestions for improvement and work efficiency

• Assist in conducting production employees GMP seminar

• Any other quality control related tasks particularly in production
