Description
- Evaluate project costs by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other documentation.
- Prepare accurate estimates and bids for projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment on requirements.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide cost analysis and forecasts throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in project planning or scheduling, preferably in EPC or construction projects
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, WBS, and critical path method
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- PMP certification or similar is a plus
