Performs inspection and checking of products to ensure the quality of the substrates based on customer specifications.
Performs 2D Map Encoding/Recording using 2D Barcode System.
Works to meet the target time and output and continuously strives to improve own performance and contribute to group efficiency.
Works cooperatively with the group to assure that the product meets customer requirements.
Strictly conforms to standard work procedures and implemented corrective actions; also, follows special instructions relayed by the immediate superiors.
Reports to Group Leader any kind of lot irregularities including concerns with microscopes, inspection tools and other inspection- related matters.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Planning for inter/external feedback.
Supports the management in the implementation of company policies, rules and regulations.
Performs 5S in working area.
Performs simple routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.
Work under close supervision of Group leaders / Immediate Superior.
Performs related functions as maybe assigned by Immediate Superiors.
