簡介
The ideal candidate will assist the Head of Legal and Corporate Governance in the provision of legal and administrative support services to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting minutes of Board meeting and keeping of Corporate books and records;
- Coordinate with Board of Directors for approval and/or signature of Corporate documents;
- File, organize and maintain legal and corporate documents;
- Draft memos and letters, and prepare online posters;
- Conduct legal research;
- Perform administrative duties including proofreading, filings, mailings, and request for corporate documents and contracts;
- Liaise with government agencies and other third parties as may be required;
- Coordinate with external counsels as assigned;
- Manages and monitors the status of projects, contracts, and/or pleadings, and other legal documents, and make available the documents immediately as needed;
Qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience as a legal secretary or assistant or paralegal
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with internal and external clients
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to details and deadlines
- Strong background in legal research and analysis
- Abe to handle and keep confidential information obtained in the performance of duties
- Highly organized and dependable
- Able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
