The Warehouse Packer is responsible for the accurate packing and timely release of products, coordinating with couriers for deliveries and returns, maintaining inventory, and keeping the warehouse organized and clean. This role ensures smooth daily operations within the warehouse while protecting company property.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pack products accurately and efficiently.
• Print and attach waybills to parcels.
• Process orders from the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to the courier dashboard.
• Coordinate with riders for the timely pick-up of parcels.
• Organize stocks and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct daily inventory of stocks and reconcile records.
• Process all Return-to-Sender (RTS) parcels and report issues to the courier.
• File claims and track RTS-related issues in coordination with the courier service.
• Update internal inventory and logistics trackers.
• Release products for dispatch and pick-up.
• Receive incoming supplies/products and verify deliveries.
• Request replenishment of supplies when needed.
• Ensure safekeeping and proper handling of all company properties stored in the warehouse.

• At least High School Graduate
• Basic computer skills
