We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Excel Certified Trainer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate has an extensive knowledge of basic to advanced MS Excel features and functionalities, and the ability to effectively teach and engage participants at different skill levels. This role involves creating course materials, assessing participant progress, and conducting onsite trainings.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging Microsoft Excel corporate training sessions for individuals and groups in an onsite setup.
• Demonstrate mastery of the content and teaching skills of the subject being taught.
• Provide tailored, comprehensive learning materials (presentations, hands-on exercises) to facilitate learning.
• Assess participant progress through oral or practical activities, and feedback sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback and resources for training participants to enhance their skills.
  
• Collaborate with the Specialist Team to develop the curriculum, and instructional methods specific to Microsoft Excel.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Microsoft trainer or educator, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Office Specialist).
• Updated on the latest Excel features and best practices.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple terms for learners.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
