Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans
Manage all marketing-related activities, including advertising, content creation, social media, events, and collaborations
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficient in project management, budget management, and people management
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
Proven ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans
