Develop and curate compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Design eye-catching graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia assets to support content objectives.
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and lead to conversions.
Develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies, including budget allocation, targeting, ad formats, and scheduling.
Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and appropriately.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Continuously explore new technologies, features, and creative approaches to enhance our social media presence.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
Proven experience in social media content creation, promotions, and marketing campaign management.
Demonstrable expertise in executing successful social media advertising campaigns, including ad placement, targeting, and performance analysis.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
Strong creative mindset with the ability to design visually appealing graphics and write compelling copy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in community management and engaging with online audiences.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization for social media is a plus.
