Professional Experience and Minimum Required Qualifications: 

• Candidates must be at least Bachelor’s/College degree in any course; 
• Newly graduates are welcome to apply; 
• Experience in an FMCG company is preferred; 
• Candidates must have the ability to deal with internal and external clients; 
• Has a working knowledge in third-party logistics and freight forwarding process; 
• Knowledge in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, is an advantage; 
• Must be a team player, with good communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and an eye for detail.  

Role Summary:  

• Prepares inbound receiving report; 
• Works with third-party logistics services; 
• Communicates and works with Accounting, Business Planning, 3PL Customer Service, and other related units to ensure that all concerns are addressed;  
• Correspond with logistics team in reviewing AR reports, close pending PODs, and hanging balances;  
• Track shipments details, locations, ETAs; 
• Coordinate all delivery for all locations; 
• Ensures AWI and third-party logistics are aligned; 
• Performs other logistics related functions as needed.
