簡介

  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls
  • Managing delivery schedules
  • Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital
  • Assist in creating and sending invoices, verifying accuracy of data, and ensuring compliance with company and client agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and related documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding invoice status and payment terms
  • Assist with processing electronic transfers and payments

職位要求

  • Must be college graduate preferably Marketing Management
  • At least 1 to 2 year's relevant working experience 
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Systematic and Analytical Thinking
  • Able to take initiative, work independently and perform well under pressure
  • Willingness to learn, to help and to contribute positively as part of our team
