簡介
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate domestic deliveries to meet customer and business requirements.
- Arrange transportation with transportation providers.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery; proactively address delays or issues.
- Prepare and process accurate delivery documents including manifest, invoices, and other deployment paperwork.
- Maintain communication with transport provider and customers regarding shipment status.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper loading, unloading, and storage of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and replenishment planning.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies such as damaged, delayed, or missing shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and inventory movements.
- Support process improvements to optimize logistics workflows, reduce costs, and improve service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Neste relevant regulations.
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and tracking tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping processes (if applicable).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
