Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City for a Licensed Real Estate Broker. The Licensed Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing real properties. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and staying updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of Real Property management and transactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Real Estate Broker's license
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the local real estate market is a plus
