Description
- Analyze and improve IT systems for optimal performance.
- Gather and document user requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in systems analysis or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in database management, and knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Gather and analyze system requirements, document processes, and collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
