簡介

  • Set up station, it includes cutting in vegetable, fabrication of meats and seafood, marinate or even advance cooking and portioning of ingredients
  • Cook food according to the standard recipe
  • Keeping the work area clean all the time
  • Practice proper food handling from receiving, preparing, cooking, cooling and storing of ingredients
  • Help the head of the kitchen on the items need to be ordered
  • Receive deliveries from supplier
  • Assist colleagues if needed
  • Help in monitoring of inventory including monthly inventory count
  • Do other job that may assign by superior


職位要求

  • At least Vocation Graduate of any Food Related Course
  • With knowledge in food preparation and cooking
  • Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends
  • Must be willing to render 6 days work schedule per week
  • Must be willing to render Overtime if needed
  • With complete government numbers and updated NBI or Police Clearance
  • Customer Oriented and Flexible
