簡介
- We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual to join our growing IT team.
- This position will provide application support services while facilitating effective communication between Japanese-speaking clients and internal technical teams.
- The successful candidate will have strong Japanese language skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a good understanding of IT systems.
職位要求
- JLPT N3 to N1 or equivalent JNAT certification (must be provided).
- Proficiency in Nihongo reading, writing, and speaking is required.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in application support, technical support, or IT service management roles.
- Strong MS Windows PC skills and basic troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo a 3 to 6 months structured training program.
