簡介

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Provide technical support to users, assist in resolving IT-related problems, and maintain documentation of support activities.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various platforms.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Maintain IT documentation and user guides.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting and setup.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to enhance systems and processes.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, strong communication skills, and familiarity with various operating systems.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with potential on-call responsibilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, patient, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
