簡介
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network).
- Provide technical support to end-users via in-person, email, or remote support tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery operations are up to date.
- Assist in the deployment and updates of software applications.
- Monitor network performance and respond to connectivity issues.
- Enforce IT policies, best practices, and standards across the organization.
