Job Description
- Oversee the inventory process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved such as inventory accuracy
- Manage the schedule and attendance of all employees under your department
- Ensure the division is staffed with skilled manpower that are capable in their current positions while being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
- Effectively manage the storage and picking locations with setting SOPs to drive higher productivity and overall optimize the use of space in the warehouse
- Controls inventory levels by supervising physical counts; reconciling with data storage systems
- In-charge of replenishment and rack transfer of inventory for fulfillment of orders and manage aging of inventory in the warehouse
- Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found
- Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
- Provide reports to Warehouse Lead for internal performance reporting
Requirements
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
- Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
- Keen with details and has a background in process improvement
- Good in math and problem solving skills
- Knowledgeable with MS (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and Google Applications (Google Sheets, Google Doc, Google Slides)
- Amenable to be assigned in Davao
