Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Incident Problem Analyst located in Taguig, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Incident Problem Analyst will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents and problems, conducting problem analysis, and implementing problem management practices. The role involves close collaboration with IT service management teams and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of incidents.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Problem Management, Problem Analysis, and Analytical Skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience with IT Service Management practices
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
