簡介

JOB PURPOSE:

To provide assistance on renewal of treaties, reinsurance support, commission processing and reports generation. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Commission Processing Support:

  1. Complies with set standards of Account Officers on accuracy and timeliness of commission processing
  2. Coordinates with Shared Financials to ensure timely payment of

    commission to intermediaries

Reinsurance Support:

  1. Processes booking of policies within the booking period as agreed with Account Officers
  2. Processes issuance and releasing of reinsurance binders within set

    standards on quality and timeliness
  3. Processes payment of reinsurance premiums within set standard on accuracy and timeliness
  4. Ensures that documents are properly filed in compliance with set standards on records management 

Reports Generation:

  1.  Prepares reports are required by Hull Underwriting

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of a bachelor’s degree course.
  • Proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. 
  • With strong attention to details
  • With good communication skills
  • With time management and problem-solving skills
