簡介

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned departments and provide strategic guidance on HR-related matters.

• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.

• Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.

• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution in 

accordance with company policies and labor laws.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

• Administer performance management processes and support leaders in conducting evaluations and feedback discussions.

• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to 

management.

• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.

職位要求

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, including recruitment, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.

• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and drive initiatives.

• Experience in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making is preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
