  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with internship experience in HR preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, effective communication, employee relations, payroll management, talent management, and compensation and benefits.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, support payroll administration, and help in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Typical office environment with regular working hours, potential for collaborative projects.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
