簡介
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in posting job vacancies and screening applicants
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
- Conduct orientation for new hires
Employee Records & HRIS
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and digital records
- Track attendance, leave credits, and timekeeping reports
- Manage and update HRIS or any internal HR database
Compensation and Benefits
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, bonuses, deductions, etc.)
- Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for employee benefits
- Monitor and process statutory benefits, loans, and clearances
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Support disciplinary processes and assist in investigations
- Draft and serve memos, notices, and other HR communications
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Organize and support employee engagement activities
Administrative and Other HR Duties
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Participate in training and development initiatives
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by management
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (can be adjusted based on role)
- Familiar with labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with HRIS is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information
