1.Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
2.Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
3.Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
4.Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
5.Coordinate training sessions and seminars
6.Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
7.Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
8.Support other functions as assigned
1.A college degree or higher in Human Resources,or equivalent experience in HR
2.Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working HR in a mid-sized organization
3.Non-gambling company work experience
4.Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
5.Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
6.Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
7.In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
8.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
9.Ability to handle data with confidentiality
10.Good organizational and time management skills
