- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, employer branding, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative hiring campaigns.
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably with exposure to marketing and sales promotions, retail supermarket and food industry.
