HR Tasks:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee concerns, disputes, and grievances.
- Ensuring a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Payroll processing and ensuring timely payments.
- Monitor and process mandatory benefits
- Compliance and Record Keeping:
- Maintaining employee records and documentation.
Admin Tasks:
- Office Management:
- Ensuring smooth daily operations of the office.
- Managing office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
- Managing executive calendars and travel arrangements.
- Documentation and Filing:
- Maintaining proper records for internal and external communications.
- Filing legal documents, contracts, and business permits.
- Health and Safety:
- Ensuring workplace safety protocols are in place.
- Coordinating emergency procedures and first aid.
- Budget and Financial Administration:
- Assisting with budget preparation for HR and admin functions.
- Managing expense reports and petty cash.
職位要求
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- HR Experience: At least 1year of experience in HR or administration, particularly in handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll etc
- Administrative Experience: Experience in office manage
