簡介

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Handle onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters

Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
